Daddy (after about the third or fourth time) : why do you need the scissors?
Bre: so I can cut all my hair off, it's bothering me!

I do believe we will be hiding the scissors before bedtime tonight.

Last night when Joey went to take her shirt off of her about 6-7 tiny toys went flying in every direction. She had stuffed toys from school into the pockets on her hoodie. Of course we made her take them all back this morning and all is well again.

Halloween Cookies

I baked sugar cookies for the kids to decorate yesterday. They cracked us up...they acted like they had never gotten to do such a thing before in their lives they were so excited. Then the way they ate them it seemed like they had never ate a cookie before either.

Good Times

We took the boys with us to a concert last night and to say we all had a good time would be an understatement. We seen Red, Seether, Papa Roach, and Staind.
The next day my neck is sore from head banging, my throat from the screaming, and my ears from the load music.....ohhhhhh yeah, good times!!

Camping Trip

Joey took all 3 kids plus a couple of friends (Jacob and Cody) camping since the kids had a 3 day weekend. He took the camera so maybe I will have some pictures to share soon.

My Biggest Baby

Dylan will make the perfect grown man one day.

When he gets sick he thinks no one else has ever felt as bad as he does at that moment.

Oh yeah he was sick for almost a week and we all heard about it many, many times a day. All he had was a sinus infection but he missed 3 days of school and was miserable the whole time.

I really think a lot of it comes from he is hardly ever sick so when he gets sick he is so unused to it that it seems much worse than it actually is.

BTW, I only got the honor of taking these pictures because he needed a new profile picture for Bebo, MySpace, something like that.

While eating her orange Popsicle she announced that it tasted "just like strawberries". Huh?

Finally

I had some free time tonight so I decided to visit the Yahoo group that our adoption agency set up for those with a LID (log in date) of Jan. 06.
I was thrilled to see that those with the same LID as us, 2-13-06, recieved their referral Sept. 29th.
Then it hit me....we have had Breanna for over 2 years and here they are just now seeing their children's faces for the first time and waiting to travel so they can finally be a family.
There is no doubt in my mind that we made the right decision by going the SN/WC route!
